UNILEVER TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LIFEBUOY PRIZE DRAW IN GREAT BRITAIN
1.This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2.A daily prize draw will be hosted at @LifebuoyUK on Twitter. To enter please visit the @LifebuoyUK Twitter account and retweet the competition post specific to the day of the competition you are entering on. Entrant’s must be following @LifebuoyUK on Twitter to enter. Any entrant found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter the same day of the prize draw will be ineligible. Entrants should not include their own comments when retweeting the @LifebuoyUK competition post.
3. Daily draws will take place everyday from Monday 13th December to Friday 24th December:
· Day 1: opens 08:00 GMT Monday 13th December, before closing at 23.59 GMT Monday 13th December.
· Day 2: opens 00:00 GMT Tuesday 14th December, before closing at 23.59 GMT Tuesday 14th December.

4. The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per Twitter account. No entrant may win more than one prize over the twelve days. Persons entering with multiple Twitter accounts will not be eligible.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
6. Each entry:
a. must be suitable for display and publication online and should not be obscene or indecent (including but not limited to nudity, pornography or profanity), it must not contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business or group, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards;
b. must not contain or refer to any products other than those of Unilever / Lifebuoy and it must not contain or reference any third party trade marks or logos (other than those of Unilever / Lifebuoy) unless such inclusion is merely incidental and is not unduly prominent and as long as it is included with due cause and in such a way that it does not take unfair advantage of any third party trade marks; and
c. must be the entrant’s own work and must not contain any copyright protected works (other than as owned by the entrant).
7. If any group of people elects to collaborate on a submission, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to enter the promotion, agree to these terms and conditions and accept the prize on behalf of the group.
8. Entries received in connection with this promotion may be reviewed by the Promoter or a third party moderator after they have been placed online to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. If any such entries are or could reasonably be constructed as being unlawful or contrary to these terms and conditions, we may remove them from @Lifebuoy UK Twitter account / www.lifebuoy.co.uk immediately. The Promoter reserves the right to delete or remove any published entries from @Lifebuoy UK Twitter / www.lifebuoy.co.uk at any time without prior notice to entrants.
9. If you submit an entry that includes material the rights in which are owned by a third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trade marks, you will be responsible for any legal action that party may take against you.
10. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
11. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
12. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
13. There will be twelve individual winners, one for each of the twelve prize draws. Each winner will receive one prize. The prizes are as follows:

14. Prize Tickets specifics:
a. Allocation of all prize tickets will be at the sole discretion of the Brand. Winners will receive tickets only valid for a specified date.
b. All ticket prizes include the tickets only and does not cover of any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.
c. Winners shall remain at all times responsible for their guest(s) (who is/are the additional ticket holder(s)).
d. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.
e. the prize tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
15. (Applicable for Day 2 & Day 10 prizes only) The winner and their guest(s) attending a venue to enjoy their prize must also comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue. The EFL, the relevant venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner.
16. (Applicable for Day 2 & Day 10 prizes only) The EFL will be provided with information (including name and address) of the competition winner and their guests for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use winner’s personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so.
17. (Applicable for Day 2 & Day 10 prizes only) Entrance to this competition constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations. Both of these documents can be found at www.efl.com/ticketconditions.
Winners must abide by those terms at all times. The promoter of the EFL accepts no responsibility if the winner and/or the winner’s guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.
18. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount.
19.All valid entries received on or before the closing time of each prize draw will be put into an online random generator and one winner will be selected at random for each prize draw. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Notifying winners and how to claim your prize:
· Day 1 - The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 1 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 2 - the winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 2 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December.
The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode and their supporting team within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December. We will also require the full name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode and supporting team of each guest.
· Day 3 - The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 3 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 4 - The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 4 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their name and delivery email address within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
Lifebuoy will then contact the winner via the email address the winner provided within 72 hours of the winner’s response with a list of match dates for the winner to choose from. The winner must confirm their date of choice within 72 hours of receipt of the email from Lifebuoy.
· Day 5 – The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 5 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 6- The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date the Day 6 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December.
Lifebuoy will send the winner one voucher for 4 x tickets to The Hundred Final by email. This voucher will be redeemable once the date of the final has been confirmed by the ECB in March 2022 and this date will then be communicated to the winner by an email from Lifebuoy. To confirm redemption of the voucher, the winner must respond to this email within 72 hours of receipt.
· Day 7 - The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 7 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 8 – The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 7 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. · Day 9- The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 9 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 10- The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 10 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December.

The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
· Day 12 –The winner will be notified by a Twitter message from Lifebuoy’s official Twitter (@LifebuoyUK) within 72 hours of the closing date of the day 12 prize draw and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 27th December. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name, and delivery email within 24 hours of the notification and by no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th December.
If a daily prize is not claimed within the relevant time period as set out above, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
21. The winner’s details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Lifebuoy, Unilever, Unilever House, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead KT22 7GR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE

22. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 23. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
